the peace assembled

The Humble Petition and
Appeal of the Church wardens and Overseers
of the poor of the parish of St. Mary white
Chapel in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth


That by a warrant or order under the Hands and Seals
of Charles Digby< no role > and D: Wilmot Esquire two of his Majestys
Justices of the peace in and for the County of Middlesex (one
whereof is of the quorum bearing date the 15th day of Decr
1773 Mary Fitzgerald< no role > This name instance is in set 766. This set is in the group(s): MothersBA . Singlewoman was Removed and
conveyed from the parish of St Botolph without Aldgate in
the County of Middlesex to the Parish of Saint Mary White
Chapel in the said County of Middlesex as the place of her last
legal Settlement

Your Petitioners conceiving
themselves aggrieved by the said order of
Removal Do humbly appeal to this
Court against the same praying such
Relief in the premises as to this Court
shall seem meet

And your Petitioners shall ever
pray etc.
