Have at this present Session Exhibited their Petition and Appeal setting
forth That by virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under the Hands and Seals of Philip Dyot< no role >

Two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the said County of
Middlesex
(whereof one is of the Quorum) bearing date the Sixteenth day of December last

were removed from the Parish of Saint Giles in the
Fields
to the Liberty of the Rolls
aforesaid as the Place of their last legal Settlement
Whereby the Petitioners thought themselves aggrieved Now upon hearing of the said
Appeal and what hath been alledged by the respective Churhcwardens and Overseers their
Council and Witnesses in and concerning the Premisses It is Ordered that the said Appeal
be and the same is hereby allowed and the said Pass Warrant or Oder of the said Two Justices
is hereby vacated and set a side And it is hereby further Ordered that the
Overseers of the Poor of the Liberty of the Rolls
do forthwith Convey and deliver boak the

and Sarah his Wife (together with a Copy of this Order) unto the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Giles in the Fields
aforesaid or to some or one of
them who are hereby required to receive and provide for the said John Turk< no role >
