County of Middlesex on Monday the Seventh day of January in the
TwelfthThirteenth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the
Third King of Great Britain Etc.

It is Ordered thatthe several Inhabitants of the Prish of St. Giles in the Fields John Derussat< no role > and Thomas Hoe< no role >
and St. George Bloomsbury have Notice of the within Petition and Appeal and that they
and all Persons concerned do attend this Court on Thursday next at Ten of the Clock in
the Forenoon of the same day to hear and abide the Judgment and Determination of this Court touching
the Matters contained in the said Appeal
