Susannah Scott< no role > being bound over to appear
at the last February Session, and not appearing according
to the Condition of your Recognizance for that pur-
pose it became forfeited, and must be estreated in the
Court of Exchequer , in Order to the Issuing of Process
thereon against you for levying the Penalty: Unless by
Appearance and proper Application to stay Proceedings
ball, in King-Street , [..] hon, which will being at Guild-
Day of April instant, Westminster , on Monday the 27th
