the peace to be holden at Hicks Hall in Saint John Street in and for the County
of Middlesex by Adjournment on Thursday the Thirty first day of October
Instant will then for so soon after as Counsel can be heard be moved that
a Cessat Pro Cessus in Stay of Proceedings may be Entered on the Indictment
Preferred by You in the above Cause and that the Defendants Recognizance
may be Respited Sine Die Dated the 28th. day of October 1771.
