To the Worshipful his Majesty's Justice of the
Peace for the County of Middlesex in General
Sessions Assembled.

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Overseers of the
poor of the Liberty of Norton Folgate in the said County

Sheweth


That by a Warrant or Order dated the Fifteenth day of August
last past under the hands and Seals of Cha. Digby< no role > and D: Wilmot
Esquires two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the County of
Middlesex aforesaid Ann< no role > a Bastard Child of Elizabeth
Simpson
< no role > Single woman ) Aged about two years and a half was
removed from the Parish of Christ Church in the said County of
Middlesex to the said Liberty of Norton Folgate as the Place
of her legal Settlement.

That your Petitioners [..] conceive themselves aggrieved by
the said Warrant or order of the said two Justice [..] at a humbly
Appeal against the same.

Your Petitioners therefore Pray that your Worships will
be pleased to order the Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the said Parish of Christ Church and all Persons concerned to attend
this Court some day this present Sessions to hear and abide the
Judgment and determination of this Court touching the said appeal
