holden at Hicks Hall in Saint John Street in and for the County of middlesex
on Wednesday the Eleventh day of September Instant at nine o Clock in the
forenoon and then and there Plead Not Guilty to and Try an Indictment
preferred by you against me for an assault dated the third day of
September 1771
