Maketh Oath and Smith That he did on Monday the Ninth
[..] Apply to Mr Jopson Sollicitor for the Prosecutrix
in the above Cause and Inquird if to knew when the said
Prosecutrix might be found and the Said Mr Jopson informd this
Deponent That he had not seen the said prosecutrix [..] Since
October Session last; and that he did not knows where he Send to her
nor what was become of her on made use of words to the like
purport and Effect And this Deponent Saith That He did as the
next day being the Tenth instant Annexed by buring the same with his
Maid Servant at his House in Blewitts Buildings Fetter Lane
