Saint Luke in the County of middlesex Victualler
the above named Defendant and Nathaniel Cooper< no role >
of the same Gentleman severally make Oath that on
the second Day of May last the Deponent John [..] Red
and the Prosecutrix Sarah Norton< no role > did respectively
agree that all Matters in dispute between them she [..]
be amicably accommodated and adjusted and did
thereupon respectively subscribe his Hand and her
Mark to the Paper a Whiting hereunto annexed which,
is Witnessed by the Deponent Nathaniel Cooper< no role > and
Mr: Thomas Wagstaff< no role > and that she [..] Names

proper Hand writing and signing And this Deponent
John Reed< no role > further maketh Oath that on Esquiry to
finds that the said Sarah Norton< no role > has quitten her last
Lodging in Bleeding Heart Yard in the Parish of
Saint Andrew Holborn in the County of Midlesex
where she had [..] resided and did so at the Fine of the
commencement of this Prosecution, and that notwithstanding
he has made dilligent Search after her he has not been able to
find her or the Place of her present Residence
