Preferred a Bill
of Indictment this Present Sessions against the said Hester Mills
and Margaret Healey which was found a true Bill And this
Deponent further Saith that he this morning went in search
of Persons to give Evidence on the said Bill of Indictment by
which means he was retarded attending this Honourable Court
until about Ten oClock this Morning at which time he found
the said Prisoners were discharged for want of Evidence And
this Deponent further saith he did intend to have Prosecuted
with Effect
