Graham

Mathias Graham< no role > of the Parish of St Gyles in the Fields in the
County of Middlesex Cordwainer maketh Oath and saith that the
above named Hester Mills< no role > and Margaret Healey being charged
with feloniously takeing from Susannah Wright< no role > Widow
a Petticoat and Apron this Deponent together with George
Worthy
< no role > and James Mulcaster< no role > were bound over to Prosecute
accordingly this Deponent Matthias Graham< no role > Preferred a Bill
of Indictment this Present Sessions against the said Hester Mills
and Margaret Healey which was found a true Bill And this
Deponent further Saith that he this morning went in search
of Persons to give Evidence on the said Bill of Indictment by
which means he was retarded attending this Honourable Court
until about Ten oClock this Morning at which time he found
the said Prisoners were discharged for want of Evidence And
this Deponent further saith he did intend to have Prosecuted
with Effect
