Sheweth

That by virtue of a Pass under the Hand and
Seal of George Wrighte< no role > Esquire one of his Majesty's Justices
of the peace for the City and Liberty of Westminster , bearing
date the 7th. day of January instant Mary French< no role > was
removed from the Parish of Saint James, within the
Liberty of Westminster to the said Parish of Saint Mary
lebone as the [..] of her last legal [..] ent, Whereby
your Petitioner apprehend themselves [..] eved an
appeal to your Worship against the S [..] Order.

Your Petitioners therefore Pray that your
Worships will be Pleased to appoint some
Day in this present Session for the hearing
and determining the said Appeal.
