To the Worshipfull his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the
County of Middlesex in General Quarter Session of the Peace at
Hicks Hall Assembled

The humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the poor of the Parish of Saint Anne within the
Liberty of Westminster in the said County.

Sheweth

That [..] order and [..]
of James Esdaile< no role > and Cadwallader Coker< no role > Esquires two of his Majestie's
Justices of the Peace in and for the County of Middlesex (one whereof
being of the Quorum) bearing Date the Eleventh Day of December Arst
Ann Jones< no role > Widow of William Jones< no role > deceased was removed and conveyed
from the Parish of Saint Luke in the said County of Middlesex to the said
Parish of Saint Anne as the Place of her last legal Settlement Whereby
Your Petitioners conceive themselves to be aggrieved

Your Petitioners therefore humbly Appeal to this
Court against the Adjudication of the said two Justices
and their said Order And pray that your Worships
will please to appoint some Day in this present
Session for the hearing and determining of the said
Appeal And to Order that the Church Wardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Saint Luke
and all Persons concerned do then Attend this Court
