To the Church-Warden and Overseers of the Poor
of the Part of the Parish of St. Andrew,
Holborn, which lies above the Bars , in the
County of Middlesex : And to the Church-
Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of St. George Hanover Square in the
sd. County and to each and every of them.

WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto Us, two of
His Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and for the County
of Middlesex (whereof one is of the Quorum) by the Church-
Warden and Overseers of the Poor of that Part of the Parish of
Saint Andrew, Holborn, which lies above the Bars, in the said
County: That Charlotte Vuljohn< no role > aged abt. 4 Years
Daughter of Wm. Vuljohn< no role > Coach harness maker
(who hath deserted her) by Mary< no role > his Wife decd.
is
lately come to inhabit in the said Part of the said Parish of St.
Andrew, Holborn , not having gained a legal Settlement there,
nor produced any Certificate owing her to be
settled elsewhere: And it appeareth unto Us the said Justices,
and we do adjudge, That she is likely to be
chargeable to the said Part of the said Parish of St. Andrew,
Holborn , and upon Examination of Eliz. Sibley< no role > Wife of
Edwd. Sibley< no role > of Dove Court in the Parish of Saint
Andrew Holborn above the Bars aforesaid
taken upon Oath, it
farther appeareth unto Us, and we do likewise adjudge, That
the Parish of St. George Hanover Square aforsd.
in the said County
is the Place of the last legal Settlement of the said

These are therefore in His Majesty's Name, to Charge and Com-
mand the Church-Warden and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Part of the said Parish of Saint Andrew, Holborn , forthwith
to remove and convey the said Charlotte Vuljohn< no role >

and out of
from the said Part of the said Parish of Saint Andrew, Holborn ,
to the said Parish of St. George Hanover Square

and deliver her
to the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor there, or to
some or one of them, who are hereby required to provide for
her according to Law: Given under our Hands and
Seals the 16th Day of November One Thousand
Seven Hundred and Seventy
