Lord the King holden for the County of
Middlesex at Hicks Hall in Saint John
Street in the said County by Adjournment
on Tuesday the fourth day of December in
the Eleventh year of the Reign of our
Sovereign Lord George the third King of
Great Britain Etc

It is Ordered that the within named Joseph
Holmes< no role > on Notice hereof to be given to him For the
mean time He and all persons concerned Do attend
this Court on Friday next hear and abide the Judge
Judgement and Determination touching and concerning
the matters contained in the said Petition
