Is the Person making these Estreats Obliged to take the Oath prescribed, "that
"they are truly and carefully made up and examined, And that all Fines Etc.
"which were set Etc. And in right and in due Course of Law ought to be Estreated
"are to the best of his Knowledge and Understanding therein containedand
"Expressed
And that (Positively) in the same Estreat are contained and Expressed
"all such Fines as have [..] paid into Court without any Wilfull or
"fraudulent Discharge [..] ission Misnomer or Defect whatsoever" If he
is at the same time [..] ed that the Materials whereof the Estreat is made
up is defect [..] mes And Particularly as it does not thereby
appear [..] Court Altho in Conscience he believes
