deliver into the sd. Court of Excheqr a true perfect Duplicate
Certificate and Estreat of all such Estreats and Schedules
So delivered to the respive Sheriffs aforesaid that so the
respive Sheriffs on their appesals in the said Court
of Exchequer may be charged with the monies levied and
received by him on them respectively upon Such
Schedules delivered as aforesaid on pain of £50.
for every default etc. and 19. no officer belonging to the Courts of Kings Bench Comon Pleas or Excheqr nor any Clerk of the Peace Town Clerk or any officer under them nor any other Shall space take off discharge Cox wittingly conceal any Indt. Fine cost fine issue Amercemt. forfeited Recogn or other forfeiture unless by order of Court nor, shall they miscertify any of the same on pain to forfeit treble value, to lose his office & incapable Etc. this act was received & continued

4 & 5 Wm. & Ma. Cap 24. . Which enacts that all
Clerks of the Court of Kings Bench, Comen pleas, Clerks
of Assize Clerks of the Peace Etc. shall upon delivery in of
of all and every such Estreats take the Oath following
that is to say. [the Oath is that the Estreats are truly made
up & examined] And that all fines Etc. which were set & ought
to be estreated are contained therein Etc] which said Oath
the Barones are required to Admr from time to time
accordingly.
