that Mr. David Rees< no role > had given out that

he had been directed or advised by
the Chairman to set up the Complaint
against Mr. Waller Mr. Clay declared her in Stectgt.
had had no conversation with Mrs. Rees
on the subject and further declared that
he was neither directed or advised by
the Chairman to make the complaint but
die it of his own accord from motives of
public Justice for the many instances of
mismanagemt. by Mr. Waller and that he never
had been told by the Chairman on any one else
that his Costs shod. be pd.
