Therefore your Petitioner most Humbly
Prays your Worships taking the Premises
into your Consideration To Order Your
Petitioners Master to Attend this Honourable
Court to Shew Cause why Your Petitioner
should not be Discharged from his said
Apprenticeship or otherwise as your
Worships shall think proper and
Also to Order his said Master to
Attend this Honourable Court on
some Day in this present Session
And your Petitioner as in Duty Bound
shall ever pray Etc

At the General Quarter Session of the
Peace of our Sovereign Lord the King holden
for the County of Middlesex at Hicks Hall in
Saint John Street in the County aforesaid (by Adjournment) on
Tuesday the twenty third Day of October in
the Tenth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign
Lord George the third King of Great Britain
France and Ireland Etc

It is Ordered by this Court that the said Master have Notice
of this Appeal And that he and All persons concerned
Do Attend this Court on Thursday the Twenty fifth
Day of October Instant at Nine of the Clock in the
forenoon to hear and Abide the Judgment and
Determination of this Court touching the said Appeal
