Court thereupon the Chairman further acquainted the [..] Justices first
that Mr. Waller the late Clk of the peace had served him
the said Chairman and several other Justices who were present
at the Quarter Sessions on Friday last when he the
said James Waller< no role > was [..] [..] charged from
his said office with notice of an Application to Mr.
Justice Ashurst for a writ of [..] to
remove the proceed mgs into the Court of Kings
Bench and also informed the Justices here present
that the justices who had received [..] notice
desire the conu'dnation and advice of the Court
whether they on any and whom should wait upon
the Judge confirmality to the said notice and to
the intent of the stat of [..] to shew cause
against the Granting of [..] such writ. Whereupon it
ismoved ordered by the Courtresolved by the
Justices here Present that 3 or more Justices do
attned Mr Chairman to Mr. Justice Ashurst
to shew Cause as above; and Mr Hammond Mr
Bamforth & Mr. Mercer were the gentleman immediately
named under the said resolve.

It is ordered by the Court here that a Committee
An order of Court having been made and served
on Mr. Waller for his producing and laying before
the Court all such Books papers and records remaining
