I do hereby give you Notice that I Intend
Seventeenth day of October next Ensueing the date [..]
pull down & Rebuild the Messuage of Tenement [..]
in the Occupation of the Widow Baldwin but [..]
possession situate in the Parish of Saint Panc [..]
of Middlesex and adjoining North on the Hitchen [..]
belonging to the House Occupied by you, And lake
(likewise) that I intend at the Same time to Pull down [..]
these two Rooms part of any said House which are [..]
over the said Hitchen and Offices belonging to your said
House togather with the Partitions and Walls between my
said House and the House Occupied by you & to set out the
Ground that a Party Walls may be erected and built their
Perpendicular according to the several Acts of Parliament
in that Case made & provided And I do hereby Appoint
Mr. Richd. Norris< no role > Bricklayer and Mr. John Seath< no role > [..]
two Surveyors on my Part to meet any two [..]
you shall Appoint on your Part to Survey the Sai [..]
and Premisses onWednesday the EightTuesday the 14th. Day of August [..]
at ten o'Clock in the forenoon And in Case the Number [..]
Surveyors or time before Appointed by one is not [..]
or Convenient to you you will please to name what
Number of Surveyors or time well be Agreable to you
within the time limitted by Act of Parliament for
Purpose but in Case you refuse or Neglect to Name
Workmen within three Weeks to be Computed from the
Seventeenth day of July Instant you will take [..]
that I shall then Name four or more Workmen to [..]
the said Premisses intended to be pulled down as aforesaid
& Proceed thereon without you as Witness my hand [..]
