you and me according to the Notice you received for that
Purpose on the 17th day of July last I do hereby now

Carpenter both of Saint Andrews Holborn in the City of
London and Mr. Minty Cook< no role > Carpenter and Mr. William Rhodes< no role >
Surveyor both of Saint Jamess. Westminster , being four
able Workmen to Survey the Premisses on Tuesday next the
14th Instant, at 11. o Clock in the Forenoon, the time Mention
in my former Notice of the 17th. of July last
