To the Worshipful his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the
County of Middlesex in their General Quarter Sessions of the Peace
at Hick, s Hall in St. John Street in and for the said County
Assembled.

The Humble Petition and appeal of the Churchwarden
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Andrew
Holborn London

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an Order or pass Warrant Under the Hands
and Seals of Sr. Robert Darling< no role > Knt. and D: Wilmot Esquire
Two of his Majestys Justices of the peace for the County of
Middlesex (one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date the 15th
day of February last Ann Howard< no role > and her instant were removed
from the Parish of St. Mary White Chapel in the County of Middlesex
To the said Parish of St. Andrew Holborn London (by the Name and
Description of the Parish of St. Andrew Holborn in the City of London
as the place of the Last Legal Settlement of the said Ann Howard< no role >
and Child whereby your Petitioners conceive themselves to be
Aggrieved

Your Petitioners therefore Humbly appeal to this Court
against the said Order and pray that the said Court will be
Pleased to Order that the Church Warden and Overseers of
the Poor of the said Parish of St. Mary White Chapel
and all persons Concerned Do attend this Court some day
in the next General or Quarter Sessions of the Peace for the
said County of Middlesex to hear and abide the Judgment
and Determination of the said Court Touching the said Appeal
and that the Benefit of hearing the said appeal at that Sessions
may be saved to your Petitioners and that Your Petitioners may
be otherways Relieved in the in the premises as the said Court
shall see Fit.

And your Petitioners shall ever Pray Etc.
