the Parish of St. Mary White Chapel in the County
of Middlesex , to convey, and to the Church Wardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint-
Katherine Creechurch London to receive and obey.

WHereas Complaint hath been made unto Us
whose Hands and Seals are hereunto set; be-
ing two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace in &
for the County of Middlesex aforesaid [one whereof be-
ing of the Quorum] by the Church Wardens or Over-
Seers of the Poor of the said Parish of St. Mary, White
Chapel . That .Elizabeth Cole< no role > hath lately come to
inhabit in the said parish of Saint Mary White
Chapel not having gained any legal settlement
there nor produced any Certificate Knowledging
her to be Settled elsewherelately intruded, and
came into the said Parish of St. Mary, White Chapel ,

and is likely to become chargeable to the same;
We the said Justices, upon Examination of the Premises
upon Oath, and other Circumstances, do adjudge the
same to be true, and do also adjudge the Place of the
last legal Settlement of the said Elizabeth-
Cole
to be in the said Parish of Saint Katherine

THese are therefore, in his Majesty's Name, and by
Virtue of the Statutes in that Behalf to require
you, on Sight hereof, to remove and convey the said
Elizabeth-Cole< no role >
from and out of your said Parish of St. Mary White
Chapel to the said Parish of Saint Katherine
and her deliver
to the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor
there, or to some, or one of them together with this
our Order, or a true Copy hereof, who are hereby
required to receive and provide for her
according to Law: Given under our Hands and
Seals this 20 Day of February in the
Year of our Lord 1767
