First the said Matthew Concaner for himself Saith, That on the Tuesday last the Third

And this Deponent further Saith, That on Saturday last being the Sixth day of this Instant
May, he did Sue out a Subperna directed amongst other Person's to one Thomas Wallington< no role >
of Park Lane in the Parish of Saint George Hanover Square in the Liberty of Westminster
within the County of Middlesex Cow Keeper . who is a very material Witness for this

this Deponent verily beleives to be true) that her husband meaning the said Thomas
Wallington was gone out of Town to many place on busisness but particularly to
