Fair which she saydtowas to beheld at Stow aforesaid on Thursday next the El [..]

return to London in less than Ten or Eight day's at soonest; Of which Journey if the [..]
could have been apprized, he woud have prevented, by serving the said Thomas Wallington< no role >
a Subpence, which this Deponent did not sueont earlier than Saturday last from a then and [..]
Confidence that the said Thomas Wallington woud have come and Voluntarily given has Evidence [..]
out any subpeena had he known or been apprized of the [..] time when [..] the. tryal of the
above Indictments woud come on:And this Deponent further Saith that finding he shoud be
deprived of the benefit of the said Thomas Wallington's Evidence, Provided the said Indictments
should be try'd at this present Sessions, and in order that the Prosecutrix and Prosecutor's should not
put to any unnecessary trouble or expence in preparing for the Tryal of the above respective
[..] ts, This Deponent did immediately, (That is to say) about the Middle of the day of the said
[..] Sixth day of this Instant May Cause the said other, Deponent [..]
[..] the said Prosecutrix and Prosecutor's with true Copy's of the several paper writings hereunto
also annexed Marked Number Nine, Ten, Eleven, Twelve according as they are directed to the said
Person's Purporting to be Notices of Countermand of the Notices of Tryal of the above Indictments, Dated
the Third day of May One Thousand Seven hundred and Sixty Nine, and further apprizing them that this
Court woud this day be moved for leave to postpotre the Tryal of the above Indictments till the next
Sessions, and that in the means time the Recognizances Enterd into by the Deponent and his Sureties
should be respitedAnd lastly this Deponent Maketh Oath That he doth not make this application
for delayOn the Contrary this Deponent was exceedingly anxious and desirous of trying the above
Indictments at this present Sessions, being prepared in every respect (save the Evidence of the said
Thomas Wallington for the said Tryals

Matthew Concaners respecting the Endeavour's used to served the above mentioned Thomas Wallington
with a Subpeena on Monday the Eighty day of this Instant May, as also the Conversation which
passed between this Deponent and the said Thomas Wallington< no role > 's Wife respecting her two hands being
me to Stow in Gloucestershire Etcas is above deposed by the said Matthew Concanen< no role > is the
in the and nothing but the TruthAnd lastly this Deponent Saith, That he did on Monday the
