These are to certify that the Rate and Assessment for the Carriage
of Good in the said County, was mad & at the last Easter Session, at
three pence for every hundred Weight, and so in proportion for any
Weight not less than a Quarter of an hundred, for every five Miles
the same & shall be carried by any common Haggoner or Carrier
within the said, County Dated this 29thday of April 1769.
