haveat this present Session been Convicted of Felony on the Prosecution
of Samuel Harvey< no role >
and the said Samuel Harvey< no role >
having prayed to be allowed for hisExpences and loss of time in the said
Prosecution which this Court think reasonable It is therefore Ordered by
this Court that the Treasurer
of this County do forthwith pay to the said
Samuel Harvey< no role >
the Sum of Six Pounds and seven Shilling for his
said Expences and loss of time
