is an Headborough of the ParishThat on the
8th. of December last Informant was He and was
not at Brentford That hearing Mr Hopkins had
been Hurt at Brentford Informant went on the
Sunday following to see himThat Informts
Lives four doors only from himThat Informant
Askd him how he did And he Answerd he had a
violent Blow or Conclusion which he thought might
be the Occasion of his DeathThat he said
he had received the Blow at Brentford He said
he Received several Blows but did not tell how many
That he did not say Where abouts in the Town he
was when he Reced the BlowsThat Informant
did not ask who Gave him the Blows or what they
were given withNor did Mr Hopkins Say who
Gave them or with what they were given
Said it was between Two and three or about three
in the AfternoonHopkins said he saw an that
thrown up And before he could Turn himself
to get to his Place again he Received the Blows
That last Tuesday was a Week Informant had been out
And Came House And found the Deceased at his House
That while he was there same Watchmen Came And
Informant Sent for Two Pots of Beer and
