praying to be discharged from his said Apprenticeship And Now upon
hearing of the said Petition and what hath been Alledged by Council on
behalf of the said Henry Brigham< no role > as well as what hath been alledged by
Councel on behalf of the said Mary Marechaux< no role > and after duly considering
the Premisses And it appearing to this Court that the Substance of the said
Petition is true and that the said John Marcchaux the Master was dead
It is Ordered by this Court that the said Henry Bingham< no role > be and he is
hereby absolutely discharged of and from his said Apprenticehood In
Testimony whereof we four of the Justices present at the making of
the said Order have hereunto set our hands and Seals the Sixteenth day
of December in the year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred Sixty
eight:
