Whereas William Barrick< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. hath, by his
Petition, humbly represented unto Us, that he was
convicted of a Misdemeanour at Hicks's Hall
in October Sessions 1766, and was sentenced to
suffer three years Imprisonment for the same, that
he has remained a Prisoner ever since in the
New Prison Clerkenwell , without any Means of
supporting himself and Family consisting of a
Wife and two small Children: He therefore
humbly prays for Our Royal Clemency to remit
him such part of the Time of his Imprisonment
as is yet to come, in pursuance of the said Sentence,
that he may be enabled to get Bread for his poor
distress'd Family; We taking the same into
Our Royal Consideration, are graciously pleased
to
