and upon the deceased being Asked if he fell
any pain he laid his left Hand on his Left
side and said he felt a great Hardness there
that on the following Sunday the Witness
AllWent to see him and found him sitting
in a Chair Eating an Egg when the Witness
Asked him how the Mans Coat came off
more particularly that he said while he had
hold of his Coat the fellow whose Coat
it was Shipped his Hands behind him and
it Came off that the deceased Informed the
Witness that whilst he had hold of One of
them [..] by the Coat the Other
[..] Chipped him a Cross the Hand with some [..]
Sharp Instrument but could not say it was
a Knife that he hath seen him Often
since but had no further Conversation with
him about the Accident
