Henry Flack< no role > (who was arrested here
by your Warrant, brought hither I find by David Scott< no role >
the Informant) has procured Bail, and Inclosed you
have the Warrt. and Recognizance, the latter you'l
be pleased to send or deliver to the Clerk of the peace
for the County of Middlesex .

Scott's Wife Assures me, that Flack has made
Satisfaction for the injury Etc and that her Husband
who is now at Sea has agreed not to prosecute
