Take Notice That I shall appear at the next General Quarter Session
Of the Peace to be Holden for the County of Middlesex at Hicks's Hall in Saint John Street
in the said County (by Adjournment) On Wednesday the Sixth day of July next at Eight of
the Clock in the Forenoon of the same day And then and there Plead Not Guilty to the
Indictment Preferred by you against me and at the same time Try my Traverse
thereon Dated the 29th. day of June 1768
