Heals, who Soon got up again, and their this Depont.
Struck at him, and beat nim down at Wch instant of
Twice the deaeased and own James Correll< no role > a Postboy
came up, & then the Said Ward got up again and
ran away, and this Deponent Followed him, and
the deaeased did so also and after some Sheet time
Overtook him, and this Depont threw the Said Ward doson, and
upon his rising again the Said Ward end this Depont
loth Wrist with a Simple as he verily belevies, and also
Stabb'd this Deponent in two Places in his belly,
from each of which Places a great doal of blood
flowed, and at the Same instead or a very short Space
of time before, this Deponent heard the decarsed who
was upon the Ground cry out Murther, and very
Soon after, Several Poople came up Whereupon this
Deponent went away, and when this Depont got to
the House of John Landford at Hicks had at where House he
lodged, he there Saw the deaeased very bloody
and the Said Sandford was Washing the Blood
from his Face, but the deaeased did not make any
Answer to this Depont, the he Several times Spoke
to him and the deaeased was Soon after put into
this Deponent's bed when he continued till this
doeth abt. 7 o'Clock on Thursday Morning, but
it was not untill Wednesday night that it was
discovered, the Decoased did received a Wound in
his Belly, near the Navel, on the Right Side
[..] And this Deponent Says he gave no Cause
[..] or Provecatin whatsoever to the said Ward
to Pursue [..] , or to push this Depont & the deceased
off the Cause way.
