at Hicks's Hall in Saint John Street in the Said County
(by adjournment) on tuesday the twenty Eighth day
of April in the seventh year of the reign of our Sovereign

It is Ordered that Notice of the within Appeal
be forthwith given to all persons concerned and that
they do Attend the Court on Thursday theTwenty eigthThirtieth
day of April instant a nine of the Clock in the
forenoon to hear and abide the Judgement and determination
of the Court touching the said Appeal
