of the parish of Chelsea in the County of Middlesex
Sheweth.
That your Petitioner was Appointed High
Constable of and for the Division of Hensington
in the County
of Middlesex
within the Hundred of Ossutston
at Easter
Sessions 1763
That he hath performed the Duties of his Office ever
Since to the best of his Ability and Should very Chearfully a
Execute the same till your Worships without his Application
should please to Nominate Another in his stead but that his
further Continuance in the said Office will be detrimental to
him in his Business which is that of a Timber Merchant as a
the due performance of his Office necessarily hinders him in
his own Affairs
That there are Several proper persons for the Service of
the said Office in his stead residing in the said Division who
have not yet Served, Some of whom are under named for the
Approbation of your Worships
That your Petitioners hath Settled and Cleared his
Accounts with the Treasurer
Your Petitioner therefore Humbly prays
your Worships that you will be pleased to
Discharge him from his said Office
