Whereas at the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our said Lord the King
holden for this County (by Adjournment) On Monday the Twentieth day of October
last past at Hicks Hall aforesaid the Church wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the Parish of Saint Anne within the Liberty of Westminster
in the said County
Exhibited their Petition an Appeal upon the said Monday Settingforth that by-
Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under the hands and Seals of James Esdaile< no role >

Esquires two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace
for the County of-
Middlesex
(whereof one is of the Quorum) bearing date the Ninth day of September

wife of Joseph Nash< no role >
Peruke maker (who is run away and left her and-
not to be found) and their Child Joseph< no role >
aged Eighteen Months and upwards were
removed and Conveyed from the Parish of St. Andrew Holborn above the Barrs
in the
County of Middlesex
to the said Parish of Saint Anne
as the place of the last
legal Settlement of the said Joseph Nash< no role >
, Ann his wife and Joseph their Child
Whereby the Petitioners conceived themselves to be Aggrieved Which said Petition
and Appeal
was further Adjourned until the next General Quarter
Session of the Peace to be holden for this County And that the Churchwardens and-
Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Saint Andrew Holborn above the-
Barrs
on Notice hereof to be given to them in the mean time and all Persons-
Concerned do Attend the Court at the next General Quarter Session of the Peace
to be holden for this County at Hicks Hall
aforesaid (by Adjournment) on Thursday-
the Fifteenth day of January next at Nine of the Clock in the Forenoon then
and there to hear and abide the Judgment and determination of the Court in
the Premisses.
