Maketh Oath that he went the begining of last week to
Enquire for one William Burton< no role >
at his Lodgings at Hackney
in the said County in Order to have Subpanaed him to give
Evidence on behalf of this Deponent on the Tryal of the
said Cause at this present Session but was Informed
at his said Lodgings that he was gone into the Country
and would be at home in about three weeks and not
Sooner and which Information this Deponent believes
to be true.This Deponent Saith that the said

is a Material Witness on his behalf
on the Tryal of this Cause and without whose Testimony
he cannot Safely go to Tryal
