began Beating her the Deceased was stoping and didling
something in a Tub under the [..] Penny thereThat she Beat her with
a Broom stick or a Mop stick she can't tell which
That she saw her strike her four or five Blows with suen
Stick while she was at the Pump
That she struck them with great Anger and Violence and
they seem'd to be given on the Deceaseds Back while she
was StoopingThat then Collins drew her out of
the Washouse into the Yard And from thence into the House
And then it was that she heard the Man tell Collin's she
would kill the ChildThat she heard the Child Cay a
great while after she was in the House but heard no Blows
given afterwardsThat Informant saw the Deceased
three or four days after this And she had Bruises in her
Neck and in her Face And to the best of her Knowledge hath
not seen her above Twice sinceThe last time Informant
does not RememberThat Informant never spoke
to the Child but Once And that was when she was found under
Mr Cobbs WindowAnd Says she never had a word in
Anger with Collins
