holden at Hick's hall [..] Saint John Street in and for the County of Middlesex aforesaid on
Monday the Sixteenth day of September in the fifth year of the
Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the third King of Great Britain
Etc.

It is Ordered by this Court that the
Church Wardens and Overseers of the poor of the parish of Stanes
in this County have Notice of this Appeal And that they and all
Parties concerned Do attend this Court on Fryday next the
Twentieth instant by nine O'Clock in the forenoon to hear
and abide the Judgment and determination of this Court
touching this Appeal
