And it is referred back to the Common
Council to carry the same into Execution
That it contains about four Acres and
a half and that the present Rent of it is
about £2,200 a YearThat the Grand
Lease will expire at Lady day 1766 And
that there is 100 Years to come from that
Time which the City propose purchasing
Being asked whether the City have any
Money to pay for this Estate or How they proposed
to raise it he said That as he understands
thay have not Cash of their own sufficient
and how they proposed to pay for it he
