discharged by the Court of Kings Bench are
Committed to Newgate-The House of
Parliament Commit to Newgate- the
Secretarys of state also- almost every Session
there are Orders to the Keeper of Newgate
to carry Offenders into other Counties for one
Offences Committed there & must be Tired
there- Prisoners Committed under the
Admiralty Jurisdiction are Tried at the Old
Baily before the Kings Commissioners Specially
appointed by his Majesty by virtue of the
Statute of King Henry the 8th.

that the Session House at the Old Baily is
tried for that purpose of the City of London ?
