in the said County (by Adjournment) on Tuesday
the Eleventh day of September 1764 in the Fourth year of the
Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Third King of Great
Britain Etc
It is Ordered that the Final hearing and Determining the Matters of
the Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of Saint Anne Westminster
in this County against the
Order of Removal of Elizabeth Mac Laugh in Widow
therein mentioned
which was and Stands Adjourned unto this day be and the same is hereby
further Adjourned until the next General Quarter Session of the Peace to be holden
for this County and that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Saint Pancrass
in this County on N0otice hereof and all Persons
concerned Do Attend the Court at Hicks Hall
aforesaid on Tuesday the
Sixteenth day of October next coming by Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon
at which time and place the said Session will be holden by Adjourment
(as it is Expected) to hear and abide the Judgement of the Court
touching the said Appeal
