very bad and ruinous, part of the Middle of the said Wall is very bad
& defective from the Ground Floor to the Garrett having two bad
Cracks quite through the thickness of the Wall, One of which
Cracks extends two Storys in heighth & the other three Storys
The Ends of many of the Timbers, & some of the Principal Ones
belonging to Mr. Harling's House comes quite through the Wall
to Mr. Peacock's side, as does several of the Principal Timbers
belonging to Mr. Peacock's House extend quite through the Wall
to Mr. Harling's Side which we apprehend are Circumstances in
case of an Accident by Fire very likely to comunicate from the one
House to the other Upon the Whole We Certify that the said
Party Wall is so far out of Repair by being quatly out of the Pe [..]
& otherwise very defective & bad as to render it unsafe & We do apprehend if the said Wall was
not secured (as it is) by several Shores that the same would be
in great danger of falling.

And therefore We are Opinion that the said
Party Wall between the Houses of Mr. John
Harling

pull'd down Dated this 3d. day of May 1764.
