bearing date the twenty Sixth Day of March last

Parish of Hendon
in the said County to the said Parish
of Edgeware
otherwise Edgeworth as the Place of his
last legal Settlement whereby your Petitioners conceive
themselves to be aggrieved.
Your Petitioners therefore humbly
Pray your Worships to appoint a Day in
this Present Session to hear and determine
their said Appeal
And your Petitioners shall ever Pray Etc.
