To the Worshipfull his Majesties Justices of the
Peace for the County of Middlesex at their
General Session of the Peace Assembled.

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Parish of
Edgeware otherwise Edgeworth in the County of
Middlesex

Sheweth


That by virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under the
Hands and Seals of William Hallett< no role > and John Crosse< no role >
Esquires two of his Majesties Justices of the Peace for the
County of Middlesex (one of whom being of the Quorum)
bearing date the twenty Sixth Day of March last John

< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. a Poor than was removed from [..] and out of the
Parish of Hendon in the said County to the said Parish
of Edgeware otherwise Edgeworth as the Place of his
last legal Settlement whereby your Petitioners conceive
themselves to be aggrieved.

Your Petitioners therefore humbly
Pray your Worships to appoint a Day in
this Present Session to hear and determine
their said Appeal

And your Petitioners shall ever Pray Etc.
