To the Worshipful his Majesty's Justices the Peace for
the County of Middx , in General Quarter Session of the Pea [..]
at Hicks Hall in St. John Street in & for the said County
Assembled.

She humble Petition and Appeal
of the Overseers of the Poor of the the Liberty
of the Rolls in the County of Middx

Sheweth

That by Order under the Hands and Seals
of J. Colepeper and Benjne. Cowley< no role > Esqrs. two of his Majestys
Justices of the Peace for the County of Middx (One of the
Quorum) Bearing Date the 23d Day of April 1764
Lydia Carroll< no role > Widow of Patrick Carroll< no role > was removed
from the Parish of St. Luke in the County of Middx to
the said Liberty of the Rolls as the place of her Last
legal Settlement whereby your Petitioners Concieve them
selves to be aggrieved and against the said Order do
Appeal

Your Petitioners therefore humbly Pray
that the Benefit of the said Appeal may
be saved to them and that the hearing and
Determining thereof may be Adjourned to
the next General Session of the Peace to
be held for this County.

And your Petitioners shall Pray Etc
