To the Worshipfull his Majestys Justices of the
Peace for the County of Middlesex at their General
Quarter Session of the Peace assembled.

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Church wardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of saints Botolph without
Aldgate London

Sheweth


That by virtue of a Warrant or Order dated the 28th. day of
February now last past under the hands and Seals of Philip Dyot< no role >
Esqr. and John Cox< no role > Esqr. two of his Majestys Justices of
the Peace for the County of Middlesex (one being of the Quorum)
Mary Cryer< no role > Widow of Edward Cryer< no role > deceased was removed from
the Parish of Saint Giles in the fields in the said County of
Middlesex to the said Parish of Saint Botolph without Aldgate
London as the Place of her last & legall Settlements

Your Petitioners Conceiving themselves
aggrieved by the said Order of the said two
Justices, Do therefore Humbly appeal to
this Court against the same Praying such
Releif in the Promises as to this Court shall
Seem meet

And your Petitioners Shall ever pray Etc
