about 3 o Clock on Tuesday Morn
ing & died about 3 o Clock in the Afternoon or
the same day & I believed his death oceasioned
by the Wounds he received To Wit one on the
Left side a little below & to the left of the
Novel which I supose to be the mortal one
& four others two on the right side of the
Breast & one on each thighs which I suppose
not so & I believe each of the Wounds [..]
was given by a Sharp Instrument & that the
Intestines wherewaswounded & the Cause of his
Death
taken & acknowleg'd the day
& Year above mentioned before
