of the had of 17 or thereabt being Sworn and Examined Saith That about Six. o Clock in the Evening of Monday the
23d. April 1764 being Easter Monday as This Informant was Coming up
Church Street
in Bethnall Green
aforesaid he Saw a Cart with Two Horses
in it And the Driver of the Cart (whose Name this Informant doth not know)
was helping the Deceased up on the Shafts of the Cart That soon afterwards
this Informant Saw the deceased standing on the Shafts of the Cart and
heard him Cay out as the Horses were going on I shall Tumble I shall
be down or words to that Effect whereupon the said Driver of the
Cart kept Lifting up the deceased with his hand while the Horses
were going on And so continued Lifting him up [..] for some little time
hill this Informant saw the deceased fall from the said Shafts
of the Cart upon the Ground on the near side of the said Cart And
that the near What of the said Cart went over the deceased Body
about the small of his backThatthe foremost of the said
there were two Horses in the said Cart the foremost of which
Appeared to this Informant not to be much used to Drawing
That the deceased fell very near the said Wheel as near as possibly
could be
