Wm Nicholas Atkinson< no role > upon his Oath in formeth and
saith that being at the Red Lyon (this Evening) in
Gardener's Lane in the Parish of St. Margaret Westmr
he changed a quarter Guinea which Change he put
into his right bend Waistcoat Pocket and upon being
told that a Man one Joshua Jones< no role > who sat next to
him had his hand in his pocket he found that he was
robbed of two Shillings of the sd. Change. the said
Wm Collins< no role > , Mary Fadderdale< no role > and Margaret
Moreland< no role > upon their Oaths inform and say that
they did see the said Jones's hand in his [..]
the sd Atkinson's Pocket several times and the sd.
Thos Rootes upon his Oath saith that he saw the sd.
Joshua drop six pence in the Box where the
sd Joshua and Nicholas sat Etc
